The And Way Therapy is a group practice specializing in evidence-based OCD and trauma treatment, serving clients virtually across Texas and Florida and in person in the Austin and Dripping Springs areas. We treat OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD, and offer trauma therapy through EMDR, EMDR-IFS, and ACT. We also specialize in misophonia, conflict resolution, and couples therapy. Our therapists are trained specialists, not generalists, and that distinction matters.
